  Catherine "Cookie" Harvey Eddy, 86, of Fort Wright, died Friday at St. Elizabeth North Hospice, Covington. She was a homemaker, a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, and volunteered at the Northern Kentucky Community Center and with the Girl Scouts. Survivors include sons, Chuck Eddy of Anchorage, Alaska, and Hank Eddy of Louisville, Colo.; daughters, Betsy Eddy of San Francisco, Calif., and Susan Schrand of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a brother, George Harvey of Danville, Ind.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Highland Cemetery Chapel, Fort Mitchell. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Covington, is handling arrangements.
